XXXIV ICPIG & ICRP-10 2019
- A limited budget is available from the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) to partially cover, with a fixed amount to determine, the expenses (conference fee and/or accommodation) of the presenting authors from Developing Countries and the young researchers who are costed high travel expenses from such as Europe and the United States that most need financial support for attending XXXIV ICPIG & ICRP-10.
- An application form must be filled in by all participants requesting financial support from the conference LOC. This form should be signed and sent by regular e-mail to icpig2019@qe.eng.hokudai.ac.jp before March 15, 2019.
- The application form of students and postdocs must be sustained by a recommendation letter from the applicant supervisor.
Deadlines and selection
The deadline for applications of financial support is March 15, 2019. The result of the selection will be made known to the applicants by Mid-April, 2019. The main aim of the selection committee is to ensure fair representation of attendees across topics and countries.This financial support is granted through sponsorship of the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics (IUPAP) and others.
